Junior Accountant

OverviewWe are seeking a detail oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist senior accountants in various financial tasks ensuring accurate recordkeeping timely reporting and compliance with accounting standards.ResponsibilitiesFinancial Data Entry: Accurately record invoices expenses and receipts in the companys accounting software.Accounts Payable & Receivable: Assist in managing invoices collections and payments.Expense Tracking: Monitor company expenses and manage inventory records particularly for Caf and related purchases.Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of income statements balance sheets and other financial reports.MonthEnd Close: Assist in the monthend reconciliation process.Audit Support: Help prepare documentation for internal and external audits.Payroll Management: Prepare and process payroll in line with WPS requirements.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelors degree in accounting Finance.Experience: 12 years of accounting experience in the UAE.Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting software preferably Xero.Technical Skills: Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and financial records.Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the finance team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
