As a Junior Accountant you will assist with the financial operations of the real estate company contributing to accurate financial reporting and analysis. Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records related to real estate transactions Assist with the preparation of budgets forecasts and financial statements Handle accounts payable and receivable processes Support the reconciliation of bank statements and investment accounts Prepare and process monthly billing statements Assist with tax preparation and compliance for real estate activities Collaborate with property management teams to ensure financial accuracy Participate in audits providing necessary documentation and support.
