Junior accountant

OverviewWe are looking for a Junior Accountant / Admin to support the company’s finance and administrative operations in Dubai. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with strong accounting knowledge and hands-on administrative experience. Knowledge of SAP is preferred. The candidate will also be responsible for handling the administrative operations of a training center.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting DutiesMaintain accurate daily accounting entries and financial recordsHandle accounts payable and accounts receivable processesPrepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reportsPerform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flowAssist with month-end and year-end closing activitiesMaintain proper filing and documentation for audits and complianceSupport VAT-related documentation and basic complianceAdministrative Duties (Training Center)Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the training centerSupport management with reports and administrative tasks as requiredRequirementsBachelors degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of relevant accounting and administrative experienceSolid understanding of accounting principlesSAP knowledge or hands-on experience is an advantageProficiency in MS Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasksPreferred SkillsPrevious experience working in a training institute or education centerExperience working in the UAEKnowledge of UAE VAT documentation and complianceGood communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Work Location: Dubai, UAEWorking Hours: As per company policySalary: To be discussed based on experience and qualifications#J-18808-Ljbffr
