Job TitleInter-Branch Accountant – Automotive Parts GroupLocationHead Office – Umm Ramool, DubaiReporting ToChief AccountantRole SummaryYou will be responsible for inter-branch accounting, reconciliations, and internal controls across multiple car‑parts retail and wholesale branches. This is a hands‑on execution role, not advisory. Your job is to make sure numbers between branches match, stock movements are accounted for, cash is traceable, and nothing “disappears” in excuses or spreadsheets.If inter-company balances don’t tie, that’s your problem to fix.Key ResponsibilitiesInter-Branch & Inter-Company AccountingManage and reconcile inter-branch transactions (stock transfers, expenses, internal invoices, allocations).Ensure all inter-company balances match and are cleared monthly.Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies without escalation unless necessary.ReconciliationsDaily / weekly reconciliation of:Bank accountsCash collectionsInter‑branch balancesSupplier and internal ledgersEnsure no unreconciled balances are carried forward casually.Inventory & Cost ControlReconcile stock movements between branches and warehouse.Work closely with operations to ensure:GRNs, transfers, and sales match accounting recordsNo negative stock, unexplained variances, or valuation errorsReporting & DisciplinePrepare monthly inter‑branch reconciliation reports for the Chief Accountant.Flag recurring issues, weak controls, or sloppy processes — with solutions, not complaints.Support VAT workings related to inter‑company transactions (UAE VAT knowledge required).Compliance & ProcessFollow company accounting procedures strictly.Help enforce documentation discipline across branches (no paperwork = no posting).Support audits and internal reviews when required.Salary offered 3500 AEDSkillsMust-Have (Non-Negotiable)3+ years experience as an Accountant in:Trading / retail / automotive / multi-branch businessesStrong experience with inter‑company & inter‑branch reconciliationsAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation sheets)Experience with accounting software (Tally / Odoo / Zoho / SAP / similar)Solid understanding of UAE VAT basicsComfortable working under pressure and deadlinesLanguageHindi / Urdu – RequiredEnglish – Working proficiencyMindset & Work StyleDetail‑obsessed, not “roughly correct”Comfortable chasing people for data and correctionsDoesn’t wait to be told twiceCan sit in an office, do repetitive reconciliation work, and still stay sharpNice to Have (Not Mandatory)Automotive parts industry experienceExposure to inventory‑heavy businessesExperience working in a finance team with a clear hierarchy#J-18808-Ljbffr
