Junior Accountant

OverviewJunior Accountant role focusing on bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance, requiring attention to detail, accounting software knowledge, and strong organizational skills.The role involves managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, maintaining financial records, and supporting timely reporting.ResponsibilitiesManage accounts payable and receivable, perform bank reconciliations, and assist with administrative duties.Prepare financial statements, record transactions, maintain the general ledger, and support month-end closings.Assist in audits, ensure VAT/compliance with regulations, and maintain accurate records.Post journal entries, process invoices, manage vendor relations and documentation, and support the Order-to-Cash cycle.Generate reports, support financial statement preparation, and ensure timely receivable/payable reporting.Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (examples include QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle ERP, Tally ERP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software/ERP including QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle ERP, or Tally ERP.Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills.Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).LocationDubai - United Arab Emirates (UAE).#J-18808-Ljbffr
