Jumbo Roll Sales Officer

ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales of jumbo tissue rolls to converters and industrial clients across the UAE and assigned export markets.Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers.Prepare quotations, sales orders, and commercial offers in line with company pricing and margin guidelines.Follow up with customers on inquiries, samples, orders, and delivery schedules.Coordinate closely with production, supply chain, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.Monitor order status and support after-sales communication to ensure customer satisfaction.Track receivables and assist in coordinating with the finance team on payment follow-ups.Maintain updated customer records and sales data in CRM systems.Support the preparation of sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and basic market intelligence updates.Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and pricing within the tissue and paper sector.What You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in sales support, B2B sales, or commercial operations (experience in tissue, paper, packaging, FMCG, or industrial materials is an advantage).Basic understanding of sales cycles and commercial documentation.Good communication and relationship-building skills.Strong organizational and coordination abilities.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); CRM experience is a plus.Ability to understand product specifications and work closely with technical and production teams.UAE driving license is preferred.You’ll Love This Job If You:Want to build your career in B2B sales within the tissue and paper industry.Enjoy interacting with customers and supporting commercial growth.Are detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks.Like working cross-functionally with production and supply chain teams.Thrive in a structured environment with clear targets and growth opportunities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
