All suitably qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment on the basis of objective criteria and without regard to the following (which is a non-exhaustive list): race, colour, age, religion, gender, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, protected veteran status, or other characteristics in accordance with the relevant governing laws.ResponsibilitiesBe able to lead and supervise Process Engineering Teams in Feasibility, Conceptual Studies, Pre - FEED, FEED and EPC ProjectsUndertake process design work of units as required, supervise and check works of assigned engineers on the project as appropriateExecute process engineering activities within the budget and schedule, as well as maintaining technical integrity of the designEnsure that detail design methods, standards and data used conform with Client's requirements and / or those issuedBe responsible for the checking or approval of basis of design, process calculations, safety related calculations to develop the robust designReview and approve Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, PSFS, DPTDs, Equipment & Instrument specifications, Process Descriptions, cause, and Effect chart etc.Review and approve dynamic simulation study, transient study, surge study, Minimum Metal Design Temperature (MDMT) study, etc.Review and approve depressurization studies, flare load estimation and flare system designEnsure a high standard of safety is achieved and Environmental and Quality Assurance procedures are followedReview and approve safety related calculations and provide input to HAZOP, SIL and other safety reviews as requiredIdentifying new methodology of work process required for higher productivityContribute where necessary to review of supplier quotations and reviews of the projectEnsure that requirements of Licensor's Secrecy Agreements are known and complied within the work performedParticipate in technical meetings and handle discussions with client engineersIdentification of issues that impede project progress and reporting to Project Managers, Engineering Manager / Discipline headsAs Lead Discipline Engineer, when assigned on projects, responsible for managing the team of engineers, designers, and delivering the engineering requirements of the projectBe willing to mentor and engage in the training and development of junior engineers in the teamAssist project team in the preparation of planning package, scheduling, weekly reporting etc.Assist as required in the preparation of pre - commissioning, commission procedures and operating ManualsProvided assistance in Manhours estimation and scheduling for proposalsQualificationsWhat makes you remarkableAt Wood, we are committed to equal opportunit
