The role requires strong organizational skills, sound knowledge of UAE real estate laws, and the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities, clients, and external counsel.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in drafting, reviewing, and formatting real estate contracts, MoUs, lease agreements, and Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPAs).Coordinate with Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA, and other relevant authorities for registrations, approvals, and compliance requirements.Maintain and update legal files, contract trackers, and document management systems.Conduct basic legal research and provide administrative support to the legal team.Liaise with clients, brokers, and external legal counsel as required.Monitor deadlines for contract renewals, payments, and regulatory submissions.LocationDubai Internet City, UAEQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (Law degree preferred).1–3 years of prior experience as a Legal Assistant or Corporate Lawyer (mandatory).Familiarity with DLD, RERA processes, and UAE real estate laws.Excellent written and spoken English (Arabic is an advantage).Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
