Job Description
Position OverviewThe Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for maintaining and uplifting the existing brand value across all digital platforms. The person should own the development, implementation, and management of the company’s digital marketing strategies for all the verticals. This role involves goal setting, creating, and optimizing online marketing campaigns, designing and analysing performance metrics, and overseeing the digital marketing team to achieve the set goal. The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in driving online brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that are in line with revenue objectives of the individual verticalsIdentify target audiences and create tailored plan of action to connect and engage with themCampaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Meta, X (Twitter), and LinkedInPlan, launch, and manage email campaignsMonitor campaign performance, optimize ad spend, and ensure a positive ROIContent Marketing: Conceptualise content marketing plan that falls in sync with the overall marketing strategyCreate a content mix including editorial, visual, and auditory format to feed the strategyOversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for digital channels, including blogs, social media posts, and videosSearch Engine Optimization (SEO): Vet the keyword researchIdentify and manage link building strategyDevelop and implement on-page and off-page SEO plans to improve website visibility and organic trafficStay agile to quickly improvise the existing SEO practices based on search engine updatesSocial Media Management: Manage and maintain the company’s social media presence, including content posting, community engagement, and monitoring trendsDevelop social media advertising campaigns to expand the brand’s reachDesign and own reputation management program considering the entire breadth of social media presenceEmail Marketing: Tie up email marketing exercises with the content marketing to promote brand presenceEnsure database stays freshPlan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and drip campaignsSegment email lists for targeted and personalized communicationAnalytics And Reporting: Define the key analytics to be measuredDesign report templates in a manner that offer meaningful insightsMonitor and analyse key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital marketing effortsPrepare regular reports and share insights with key stakeholders of all verticalsBudget Management: Plan complete digital marketing budget for each verticalShare budget requirements with rationalManage the budget to extract the optimum ROIShare budget utilisation report alongside ROI reportTeam Leadership: Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, ensuring alignment with department goals and individual growthMarket Research: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practicesConduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threatsIdentify and closely follow the competitorsQualificationsMaster degree in Digital Marketing, or BusinessProven experience as a Digital Marketing ManagerStrong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practicesProficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, content marketing, and email marketingExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional communication and leadership abilitiesUp-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketingCertifications in digital marketing (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) will be plusDetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Marketing and SalesIndustries: ConstructionReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Manforce Group by 2xGet notified about new Digital Marketing Manager jobs in Doha, Doha, Qatar.#J-18808-Ljbffr
