You will be responsible for designing, maintaining, and scaling our enterprise Atlassian Cloud ecosystem, ensuring alignment with ITIL practices, Agile frameworks, and robust governance standards across all Atlassian tools.The ideal candidate has implemented Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, JIRA Software from the ground up, supports Agile development teams, drives collaboration across departments, and can design and automate workflows to streamline operations at scale.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, administer, and scale Atlassian Cloud tools: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Opsgenie, Jira Product Discovery, Rovo and Atlassian Guard.Implementation of Jira Service Management including:Custom request types, SLAs, and queuesWorkflow, Permission, Notification, Field Configuration, Issue Security and Issue Type Screen SchemesCustomer Portal Requests configurationsOperations integration via Opsgenie for alerting and on‑call managementAlignment with ITIL v4 practices for Incident, Change, and Problem ManagementImplement and support Jira Product Discovery for product teams:Setup of idea capture workflows, prioritization frameworks, insights mapping, and roadmap viewsEducate stakeholders on how to use JPD by sharing best practicesSupport development teams using Jira Software with Agile configuration:Sprint planning, backlog grooming, cross‑team dependencies, board customizationsBuild advanced dashboards and reports using EazyBI, Jira native gadgets, and custom JQLSetup Advanced Workflows Usingconditions, validators, post functionsDesign and maintain Atlassian Automations for tickets, user management, and notificationsHands‑on experience with ScriptRunner for Jira, including the ability to create and maintain Groovy scripts to automate processes, extend functionality, and optimize workflows.Integrate Atlassian tools with enterprise platforms: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Freshdesk, etc.Designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations with external tools using webhooks and REST APIs, including customizing payloads, managing authentication, and troubleshooting data flow issues.Manage Atlassian Guard (Access) for SSO, SCIM provisioning, and security policy enforcementMonitor performance, manage permissions, maintain governance, and support scaling initiativesCreate and maintain documentation and internal knowledge bases in ConfluenceTrain and support internal teams on Atlassian best practices and capabilitiesRequired Qualifications6+ years of hands‑on experience with Atlassian Cloud products at enterprise scaleProven experience building and scaling Jira and Confluence environments from scratchExpertise in custom Jira Service Management implementations aligned to ITILStrong working knowledge of Opsgenie, its alert routing, escalation, and integrationExperience implementing and supporting Jira Product DiscoverySolid background supporting Agile development teams in Jira SoftwareAdvanced reporting with EazyBI, Jira dashboards, and custom filters (JQL)Extensive use of Atlassian Automation for Cloud using JSON & smart values (no‑code / low‑code)Experience with Atlassian Guard (SSO, MFA, SCIM) and user access managementKnowledge of REST APIs, third‑party apps, and integration mechanismsScripting skills in Groovy, JSON and Python for automation and integration.Excellent communication, documentation, and training skillsNice to haveITIL CertificationFamiliarity with enterprise ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or FreshdeskWhy Join Us?Work with one of the world’s leading financial derivatives institutions.Competitive salary plus performance‑based incentives.Access to a dynamic, international, and fast‑growing environment.Strong opportunities for career progression within a global financial group.Be part of a business committed to innovation, excellence, and long‑term growth.Become part of our international community at MultiBank Group, dedicated to excellence, innovation, and shaping the future of fin
