Job Description Years of exp- 5-10 years Location- Bangalore Architecture Technical Leadership Define and evolve the overall architecture for a scalable secure and resilient product Make highimpact design decisions across services APIs data and UI Provide thought leadership on design patterns DDD eventdriven microservices and AIaugmented development practices Mentor and coach engineers set and enforce engineering best practices AI Augmented Engineering Productivity Actively use tools like GitHub Copilot Windsurf Codex and similar AI assistants to improve code quality speed and consistency Establish guidelines and workflows for safe and effective AI tool usage within the team Identify opportunities to apply AI eg code generation refactoring test creation log analysis to streamline the SDLC Backend Architecture Development Design and build highperformance backend services using Java and Spring Boot Architect and implement RESTful and or GraphQL APIs and microservices Drive standards for performance scalability observability and reliability Integrate caching eg Redis and messaging eg Kafka Rabbit MQ where appropriate Frontend FullStack Delivery Collaborate with frontend engineers to design and integrate modern JavaScriptbased UIs eg ReactAngular with backend services Ensure consistent robust contracts between frontend and backend and influence UIUX decisions where needed Reverse Engineering Modernization Analyze and reverseengineer existinglegacy systems codebases and APIs to understand behaviors and constraints Propose modernization strategies refactorings and migration paths to more maintainable modular architectures Identify technical debt and lead structured remediation initiatives Data Security Reliability Design and optimize relational data models using RDBMS eg MySQL ensure efficient access patterns and data integrity Implement security best practices and secure coding standards Lead performance tuning capacity planning and reliability improvements DevOps SDLC Collaboration Contribute to and guide build and deployment pipelines eg Gradle CICD Promote strong engineering discipline code reviews test automation observability documentation Collaborate with product UX QA and operations teams in an Agile environment shaping technical roadmaps and delivery plans Use data and metrics eg build health performance error rates to guide improvements Skills Mandatory Skills : Java Full Stack Developer
