Job Description As a skilled Java Developer with Azure experience, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying applications in an Azure environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver server-side logic and ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain Java applications in an Azure cloud environment. - Implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Utilize Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure SQL Database to enhance application functionality. - Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment processes and manage CI/CD pipelines. - Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues in the cloud environment. - Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions based on stakeholder input. - Stay current with the latest Azure services and Java development practices. - Write technical documentation and conduct code reviews. Required Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 5+ years of experience in Java development. - Solid understanding of Azure cloud services and architecture. - Experience working with RESTful APIs and microservices. - Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., Azure SQL, Cosmos DB). - Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. - Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps or Jenkins. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
