Job Description You will be working as a software engineer at TNQTech, specializing in Java. Your role involves developing code and monitoring application performance to redefine content and technology in scholarly publishing. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop code based on project requirements. - Monitor the performance of various applications. **Qualifications Required:** - A graduate with any degree and 2-4 years of experience in Java/J2EE technologies. - Hands-on experience in MVC frameworks such as Spring and Struts (at least one framework is mandatory). - Proficiency in Eclipse or NetBeans. - Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. - Experience with at least one database, SCM tools, and automated unit testing. If you possess knowledge of multiple data structures and algorithms, as well as understanding of ORM frameworks like Hibernate, it would be considered a bonus.
