Job Description Role Overview: As a Java Developer, you will initially receive training from experienced professionals in the field of JAVA and later be responsible for working on real-time projects in JAVA. It is essential to have individual working capability and a positive attitude towards learning new technologies quickly. Additionally, maintaining good cooperation with students and staff is crucial. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement Java-based applications and components according to business requirements. - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and web services. - Perform unit testing, integration testing, and resolve bugs efficiently. - Collaborate with QA teams to ensure software meets functional and performance requirements. - Work closely with product managers, designers, and other developers in an agile/scrum environment. - Maintain technical documentation related to software design, code, and processes. - Report progress, issues, and risks to project managers and stakeholders. - Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers. Qualification Required: - A candidate must have a minimum of fresher as a DIRECT WALK-IN JAVA DEVELOPER. - The candidate can be a Graduate from any of the following: BCA, BSc, MCA, CS, MSc. Additional Details: - Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills are required. - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git. - Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable. - Good problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to write efficient and reusable code. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
