Job Description As an experienced developer with 5-7 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java and Angular. This includes driving technical discussions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to deliver high-quality software on time. Additionally, you will architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions for enterprise-grade systems. Providing mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level developers will also be a key part of your role. You will take ownership of end-to-end project delivery and proactively identify technical risks and opportunities. Effective communication with stakeholders and presenting technical solutions in a clear and confident manner will be crucial. Staying updated with emerging technologies and proposing the adoption of relevant innovations will also be expected. Skills required for this role include: - 10+ years of full-stack development experience in enterprise-level applications. Experience in Kotlin is a plus. - Expert-level proficiency in Java, Spring Boot/Kotlin, REST APIs, and microservices. - Strong hands-on experience with Angular 12+, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and RxJS. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Proven track record of leading development teams and managing software delivery. - Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
