Job Description As a Java Developer Freshers, you will be joining our development team to kickstart your career in Java development. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world applications, under the mentorship of senior developers, to gain hands-on experience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications. - Write clean, readable, and well-structured code under guidance. - Support senior developers in debugging and resolving issues. - Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards. - Work with databases and integrate REST APIs. - Perform unit testing and ensure application quality. - Document technical processes and application features. - Continuously learn current Java frameworks and tools. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field ( hidden_mobile 5 pass-outs may apply). - Strong knowledge of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts. - Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms. - Familiarity with SQL and relational databases. - Basic knowledge of JDBC, Servlets, or Spring/Spring Boot is a plus. - Understanding of SDLC fundamentals. - Robust problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. **Good to Have:** - Internship or academic project experience in Java development. - Familiarity with Git version control. - Exposure to web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Basic understanding of RESTful APIs.
