iTero Specialized Territory ManagerDepartment: SalesEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: EMEA-Saudi Arabia-Field basedReporting To: Peter DuffyDescriptionThis role will focus on expanding the iTero business in Saudi Arabia by building strong relationships with existing and new dental customers, driving digital adoption, and supporting clinics throughout their commercial and clinical journey. Working closely with partners and internal teams, the role will execute growth strategies, monitor market performance, and consistently work toward achieving ambitious sales objectives in a dynamic, field-based environment in Riyadh.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish account relationships with current doctors and actively grow the business by adding new customers to the portfolio.Conduct market assessment and research to define opportunities for growth within the Saudi market including account profiling and customer segmentation and targeting.Identify and assess potential of new customers and accounts.Support partners with conferences, account development, training needs.Develop and implement partner, doctor and account specific growth plans that support practice digitization.Implement the Align digital platform and workflow across the practice and drive adoption of digital tools.Grow a portfolio focusing on the Align Digital Platform and Intraoral scanners including the planning and execution of new product launches.Support the business and clinical development journey of customersManage accounts in KSA, monitor business performance and market trends, reporting regularly to the GCC Area Sales Manager.Achieve sales objectives and targets with a growth and results orientated mindsetCollaborate cross functionally with key functions internally and across multiple stakeholders in clinics.Be a true team player, participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.Skills, Knowledge & ExpertiseA growth mindset with a passion for advancing digital dentistryTo be a strong team player, accountable, innovative, courageous, collaborative, trusted and empoweredResults oriented - naturally strives for the best performance and has the willingness and motivation to learnHighly organized - with effective time management skills, ability to prioritize, advanced quarter activity planning, focus and determination to achieve targets and account plansExcellent selling skills, demonstrating a challenger and consultative selling approachAction oriented – takes the initiative and is proactiveStrong interpersonal, listening, and persuasive communication and presentation skills, to give the best advice to customersAbility to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups internally and externallyExpert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and experienced using computer aided sales systemsFluent in English and ArabicValid driving licenseBachelor degree or aboveAt least 3 years of proven sales recordIdeally, with an industry background in the human sciences / medical devices field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand.Dental experience and knowledge of Saudi market is preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
