IT Transition Head (Technology)

Key Responsibilities:Assessment & Planning: Audit legacy systems, document integrations, identify gaps, risks, and migration blockers.Architecture & Migration: Design target architecture, define phased migration roadmap, recommend AI/LLM tooling, and ensure feature parity.Execution & Delivery: Lead development through migration, maintain code quality, set up CI/CD, testing, and deployment standards.Team & Stakeholder Management: Upskill developers, coordinate with product/QA teams, and report progress to management.Business Continuity: Ensure production stability, design rollback procedures, and manage client-facing commitments.Required Qualifications:5+ years in software engineering; 2+ years in technical leadership/architecture.Experience migrating from Xamarin to modern frameworks (.NET MAUI, Flutter, React Native).Experience migrating low-code/legacy platforms (CodeOnTime, OutSystems, etc.).Strong backend, REST API, cloud, database, and AI/LLM integration experience.Proficient in at least one: .NET, Node.js, Python, Go.Strong documentation, architecture design, and planning skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
