IT Technician

Job DescriptionOur client is a leading IT Solutions provider seeking a highly skilled IT Technician to join their growing technical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands‑on experience in computer hardware assembly, system configuration, and troubleshooting across multiple operating systems and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble and configure gaming PCs, desktops, and laptops according to client specifications.Perform iOS / macOS system assembly and configuration for Apple devices.Install and configure various operating systems, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.Test, benchmark, and ensure optimal hardware and software performance.Diagnose and troubleshoot both hardware and software issues promptly.Upgrade and replace key system components such as RAM, SSDs, GPUs, and motherboards.Set up and troubleshoot basic LAN / WAN networks and related connectivity issues.Maintain professional cable management and ensure systems are clean and organized.Accurately maintain build logs, service records, and technical reports.Provide basic technical support, system guidance, and after‑sales assistance to customers.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in the IT industry.Strong knowledge of computer hardware components, diagnostics, and performance optimization.Familiarity with macOS, Windows, and Linux system configuration and maintenance.Hands‑on experience with network setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.A passion for technology, gaming systems, and hardware innovation is highly desirable.To view other vacancies we have, please check our website (www.blackpearlconsult.com) and follow us on our social media accounts - LinkedIn / Instagram.Follow the Black Pearl channel on WhatsApp.DisclaimerBlack Pearl will never ask for money or any form of charge our candidates just to process or consider their application for any of our available vacancies.
