<div><h3>Job Description</h3><h3>About SiFi</h3><p>SiFi is a Saudi FinTech company that provides smart expense management solutions for SMEs, helping businesses control and automate their spending efficiently.</p><h3>Position Overview</h3><p>We are looking for a talented IT Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team and ensure seamless IT operations across the organization. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and user satisfaction.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide day-to-day technical support for internal users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues (both onsite and remote).</li><li>Set up and configure workstations, operating systems, and applications according to company standards.</li><li>Maintain and monitor computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups through<b>Active Directory</b>and related systems.</li><li>Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, Wi‑Fi).</li><li>Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and professional manner.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors or service providers for hardware or software maintenance when necessary.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, assets, and support procedures.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company IT policies and cybersecurity practices, including software updates and data backups.</li><li>Support IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and deployment of new tools or systems.</li><li>Provide basic training or guidance to employees on using company software and tools effectively.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>1–3 years of proven experience in IT support or a similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of<b>Windows and macOS environments</b>, Microsoft Office Suite, and general IT systems.</li><li>Experience with<b>Active Directory</b>,<b>network configurations</b>, and<b>VPN troubleshooting</b>.</li><li>Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good documentation and reporting skills.</li><li>Proficiency in Arabic and good command of English (technical terms and documentation) is a MUST.</li><li>Familiarity with IT asset management, security protocols, and helpdesk systems is a plus.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
