Explore a variety of exciting job opportunities available in different fields.Full-TimeRiyadh1 week agoJob DescriptionIT SupportMain Responsibilities:Provide technical support to employees for computers, printers, and network issues.Install and configure Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.Troubleshoot internet connectivity, LAN/Wi‑Fi, and device communication problems.Support users with Microsoft 365 accounts (Outlook, OneDrive, Teams).Perform regular maintenance and updates for PCs and antivirus software.Keep records of IT assets, software licenses, and user access.Network Installation and Maintenance: Perform installation, connection, and testing of networks to ensure stable connectivity and optimal performance.CCTV Systems Maintenance and Configuration: Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and software configuration to ensure proper operation and reliability of surveillance systems.PBX and Telephone Systems Maintenance and Configuration: Perform maintenance, programming, and troubleshooting to ensure efficient operation and reliable communication services.Install and troubleshoot engineering and design software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble, and similar applications used by technical teams.Escalate complex issues to the senior IT engineer when required.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role.Good knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft Office, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot engineering software (Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble, etc.).Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work under supervision and handle multiple support requests.Good knowledge of CCTV systems.Good knowledge of telephone systems.Good knowledge of networking.Job FeaturesJob ClassificationYears of Experience: 1Academic Qualification: Diploma#J-18808-Ljbffr
