IT Systems&Security Lead — School Ops

<p><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong><ul><li>Job Overview :<br><br></li></ul>The Information Technology Officer is responsible for providing technical support to employees and will handle the 3rd level of support that involve the contact with external stake holder to further process the request when required and inform the SPOC to resolve the issue. The IT Officer is also responsible for the supervision, implementation and maintenance of the School’s computing needs. Also will ensure the smooth and effective operation of all computer systems, related applications, hardware, and software used within the School.<br><br><ul><li>Key Duties and Responsibility :</li><li>Supervise information technology and computer systems.</li><li>KPI Achievement follow the deadline and help in data gathering documenting and presenting it to the management.</li><li>Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and data operations.</li><li>Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures. Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
