IT System Engineer

OverviewAs an IT Systems Engineer, will provide technical support across the Sahm office, internal and external DC, help desk, perform high standard system/network development and vendor interaction.ResponsibilitiesThe IT System Engineer’s tasks will include but are not limited to:Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scannersEstablish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues with software, hardware, and networkWalk colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical problemsAnalyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues with IT scheduled activitiesMonitoring and maintaining computer systems and networksResponding in a timely manner to service issues and requestsStrong learning ability and sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, willing to accept challenging work, able to complete tasks in a timely and efficient mannerProviding technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)Setting up and managing accounts for new usersRepairing and replacing equipment as necessaryTesting and support the implementation of new technology, solutions, or applicationsOccasionally require working in data center for the network changesPossibly provide end-user trainingLearn the company's internal knowledge base documents and create new knowledge base documents IT relatedEducationBachelor of Science Information Technology or equivalent degreeQualifications And Experience2-4 years of experience.(Must have)Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)MCSA, higher certificate, or equivalent certification.Avaya Aura Call Center Administration & ConfigurationVMWare vSphere ESXi and vCenter AdministrationNative Arabic fluent in write and speak EnglishPreferred Diploma or Certificate in Computing, Engineering, or related field experience would be an advantageMinimum two years of experience in Networking and System fieldsKnowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.Excellent skills to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completionAnalytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutionsTeam-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and teams with technical problemsStrong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one timeOrganized and attentive to detailMust be flexible with changing priorities and able to communicate in a polite and professional manners#J-18808-Ljbffr
