Job Overview:LAWAZEM is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented System Admin to join our IT team. As a System Admin, you will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring the reliability and performance of our servers and IT infrastructure. You will play a crucial role in supporting our organizational operations by managing networks, security systems, and software applications.Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software.Manage user accounts and access rights, ensuring compliance with security policies.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation.Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive information and systems.Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity and availability.Document system configurations and procedures for operational continuity.Collaborate with IT departments and stakeholders to support and improve IT systems.Stay updated on IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades.Prepare reports on system performance and project status.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and server management.Experience with network management and security systems.Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).Knowledge of database management and backup solutions.Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
