ResponsibilitiesTo install and maintain the systems (PC’s related equipment’s) in good order also to resolve the problems encountered by the users in order to ensure that the end user system is always operational and fully meets the business requirements of the company.Troubleshoots, analyzes and implements solutions to problems with the ERP and its related applications.Carry out installation of PC’s, printers and Windows OS as per the IT Standards and provide guidance to the users on its feature and usage in order to ensure its proper use and improvement in performance.Ensure that upcoming New Store / Site and POS machine / Back office PC / Music system is installed as and when requisitioned by the Operation.Should have knowledge of music system and cctv camera.#J-18808-Ljbffr
