IT Support Engineer

DescriptionMarine Capabilities (Marcap) LLC is seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and networks within the organization.Responsibilities:Act as the first point of contact (Helpdesk) for users seeking technical assistance via phone or email.Ensure optimal performance of computer systems and maximize user productivity.Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and software applications.Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including computer systems and networks.Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint).Assess technical issues and determine the most effective solutions based on available information.Perform remote troubleshooting using diagnostic tools and techniques.Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams as necessary.Provide timely and accurate updates on the status of IT support tickets.Document incidents resolutions and system events in detailed logs.Follow up on open tickets and ensure all updates are properly recorded.Maintain scheduled backups and ensure secure storage of backup.If you are a proactive IT professional with a passion for solving technical challenges and supporting users we encourage you to apply!RequirementsBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience in a similar IT support role within the UAEProven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar roleStrong knowledge of computer systems networks and software applicationsExperience with troubleshooting hardware and software issuesFamiliarity with IT security best practices and standardsExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectivelyRelevant technical certifications (e.g. CompTIA Cisco) are a plusWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Key Skills Engineering Support,Law Enforcement,ABB,Information Security,Adobe Dreamweaver,Data Analysis Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
