Job Description

IT Specialist responsible for managing and maintaining all IT infrastructure, systems, and applications supporting park operations, ticketing, POS, surveillance, guest Wi‑Fi, and back‑office systems to ensure seamless daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Network ManagementManage LAN/WAN, switches, firewalls, and Wi‑Fi networksMaintain structured cabling and IDF/MDF roomsEnsure high availability of internet connectivityMonitor network performance and uptimePOS & Ticketing SystemsSupport ticketing systems and access control gatesMaintain POS terminals across outlets and kiosksTroubleshoot payment gateway issuesCoordinate with vendors for system upgradesServer & Systems AdministrationManage Windows/Linux serversOversee Active Directory and user access controlsMaintain backups and disaster recovery proceduresApply system patches and updatesCCTV & Security Systems (preferred)Monitor and maintain surveillance systemsEnsure recording retention complianceCoordinate with security team for incident supportGuest Technology ServicesManage guest Wi‑Fi access and performanceSupport digital signage and interactive displaysEnsure seamless experience for mobile apps and kiosksCybersecurity & ComplianceImplement endpoint protection and firewall policiesMonitor for security threats and vulnerabilitiesEnsure compliance with company IT policiesMaintain asset inventory and access logsHelpdesk & User SupportProvide Level 1 & Level 2 supportResolve hardware, software, and connectivity issuesSupport office staff, F&B, ticketing, and operations teamsMaintain service desk documentationVendor & Project CoordinationLiaise with IT vendors and system integratorsSupport new ride/system technology deploymentsManage IT‑related procurementRequired SkillsStrong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Firewall)Experience with POS and ticketing platformsKnowledge of CCTV and access control systemsBackup & disaster recovery managementBasic cybersecurity knowledgeQualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent.3–5 years’ experience in hospitality, theme park, retail, or FEC environmentCertifications (preferred):Microsoft / AzureCisco CCNAITIL FoundationPreferred ExperienceAmusement park / gaming arcade systemsRFID card systemsDigital payment integrationsCrowd management technologyKey CompetenciesProblem‑solving under pressureStrong coordination with operations teamQuick incident response capabilityCustomer‑focused mindset#J-18808-Ljbffr
