Job Description Role Overview: As an Analyst III - IT Solutions at Cencora, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and support of Warehouse Management IT systems, primarily the Manhattan Associates Active platform. Your role will involve solution design, development, testing, and deployment of the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (WMS) to meet the business needs with a focus on MAWM Inbound and Inventory processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for MAWM implementations. - Manage the development, configuration, deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of IT systems, primarily Manhattan Associates Active WM platform. - Build out and optimize a Global Center of Excellence to support global solutioning, testing, configuration, and deployment support for Manhattan Active WM and associated supply chain systems. - Provide training and support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the solution. - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including configuration guides, user manuals, and training materials. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MAWM configuration. - Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within MAWM solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of MAWM solutions. - Stay up to date with the latest developments and best practices in MAWM. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. - 7+ years of experience in Supply chain with specialization in WMS applications. - 5+ years of directly related experience with Manhattan Active implementations and management of IT Operations focusing on Inbound and Inventory processes. - Level 1 & 2 certification in MAWM is preferred.
