Operating in Dubai since 2002 and now rapidly expanding our presence across the Middle East, including Riyadh. https://www.torryharris.com/ae-en/About the Role:We are looking for a seasoned Sales Executive/Sr. Sales Executive with deep experience in the Dubai market to drive new business acquisition and grow strategic accounts. You will be responsible for selling high-value IT services, products and digital transformation solutions, working closely with presales, delivery, and leadership teams to shape winning propositions. This is a front-line, quota-carrying role that requires strong relationships, market knowledge, and the ability to close complex enterprise deals. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-driven sales professional who understands the regional buying landscape, enjoys consultative selling, and thrives in a target-oriented environment.Your Key Responsibilities:Own the end-to-end sales cycle for IT services and products— from prospecting and lead generation to deal closureDrive new customer acquisition while expanding business with existing enterprise accountsEngage CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Digital, and business leaders to understand priorities and position Torry Harris solutionsWork with presales and technical teams to build proposals, presentations, and commercial modelsBuild and maintain a strong pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targetsRepresent Torry Harris at client meetings, industry events, and partner forums across Dubai and UAETrack opportunities accurately in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts and updatesOur Picture of You:Overall 10+ years of experience in IT services salesMinimum 5 years of proven sales experience in Dubai / UAE marketCurrently based in DubaiStrong understanding of selling IT services such as: Digital transformation & custom application development and Integration, APIs, data platforms, and cloud servicesDemonstrated success in closing mid to large enterprise dealsStrong network and relationship-building capability in the UAE enterprise ecosystemHolds a valid UAE driving licenseComfortable with frequent client meetings and field salesHigh ownership mindset, result-driven, and resilient in a competitive marketMode of Working:Work from Office, with extensive field sales, client meetings, and travel within the UAE.What’s in it for you?Direct interaction with C-Suite leaders and senior decision-makers across enterprises and government entitiesOpportunity to sell strategic, high-impact digital and integration-led solutionsBe part of a respected global organization with strong delivery credibilityPlay a key role in scaling Torry Harris’s growth in the Middle EastCompetitive compensation with performance-linked incentives#J-18808-Ljbffr
