Job SummaryProviding telephone and email support for clients and users on technical matters while resolving or escalating incidents in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesDeliver first‑level IT support remotely over the phone and using remote tools.Resolve incidents or escalates reporting incidents in a timely manner.Work with Microsoft operating systems, the Office suite, and related tools.Qualifications2-3 years of experience providing first‑level IT support remotely in a service desk environment.Hands‑on experience with Microsoft operating systems and the Office suite.Mandatory expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Azure, and O365 administration.Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, and O365.Experience with ITSM tools, preferably HP/Microfocus Service Manager, is an asset.Industry certifications such as MCITP, MCTS, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, CCNA, and CCNP, supported by practical hands‑on experience.
