Job SummaryWe are seeking experienced IT Project Coordinators to support the planning, coordination, and tracking of IT-related project activities. The role involves working closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and within timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring IT project activities.Track project progress, deliverables, and dependencies using project management tools.Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.Coordinate between technical and business teams to ensure smooth execution.Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and escalate them proactively.Support resource planning and task allocation for ongoing projects.Ensure adherence to internal project management standards and best practices.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.5–8 years of experience in IT project coordination or project support roles.Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software project lifecycles.Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or other project tracking tools.Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
