OverviewWe are seeking anIT Project Managerwith expertise in risk and compliance management, digital transformation, and data-driven process optimization. The ideal candidate will oversee systems and processes to ensure regulatory alignment, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assess internal systems for compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.Audit business operations, report deviations, and recommend corrective actions.Identify risks and guide teams in developing and implementing mitigation strategies.Lead change management initiatives focused on digitalization, automation, and internal process optimization.Develop and automate Power BI dashboards and reports integrated with Azure Dev Ops for KPI tracking and lifecycle reporting.Coordinate interdependent projects using Agile methodologies and value prioritization principles.Maintain complete project documentation including plans, Gantt charts, risk registers, briefs, and change requests.Influence and manage cross-functional teams to achieve departmental goals and ensure stakeholder alignment.Communicate effectively with senior leadership and project stakeholders.SkillsExpert in Power BI, Azure Dev Ops, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power Point.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement abilities.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in project management, preferably within the aviation or supply chain industries.Demonstrated expertise in Power BI dashboard development, Azure Dev Ops reporting automation, and KPI tracking.Proven success in leading change management and digital transformation initiatives using Agile practices.This is a 1-year contract based in Qatar.Job ID: 08102503-114 VG
