Job Description

The IT Project Coordinator supports IT projects by maintaining accurate documentation, records, and administrative controls throughout the project lifecycle. The role focuses on ensuring that all project‑related information is properly recorded, tracked, and archived to support operational continuity, reporting, and audit requirements.The IT Project Coordinator does not hold decision‑making authority. All project governance, approvals, prioritization, and strategic decisions remain under the responsibility of the Project Manager. The role operates in a support capacity, ensuring disciplined documentation and coordination in line with established project management practices.ResponsibilitiesMaintaining complete, accurate, and up‑to‑date project documentation across all IT projectsCreating, updating, and archiving project records including plans, schedules, registers, approvals, and correspondenceEnsuring version control and proper document classification in accordance with IT and PMO standardsRecording project decisions, actions, and outcomes as approved by the Project Manager/IT ManagerUpdating Zoho Projects, timelines, and task lists strictly based on Project Manager directionScheduling project meetings and accurately recording and distributing meeting minutes and action itemsCompiling project status reports using approved input from IT Team Leads and the Project ManagerMaintaining risk, issue, dependency, and assumption logs as identified by the Project Manager/IT ManagerCoordinating with the Procurement department to support project‑related purchasing activitiesPreparing and maintaining procurement‑related documentation such as requisitions, approvals, and delivery records, and vendor managementTracking procurement status and timelines and reporting updates to the Project ManagerSupporting audits and reviews by providing complete, traceable, and audit‑ready documentationOperating closely with IT teams, Procurement, Finance, and other internal departments as requiredPerforming other IT‑related duties as assigned by ManagementRequirementsFull English Proficiency is required1‑2 years’ experience in project coordination (IPM is a plus)Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong technical knowledge covering General IT, Network, systems etc.Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as Zoho Projects, ClickUp, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or equivalent platformsAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured, deadline‑driven environmentBenefits24 annual leave daysAnnual flight homeLife insurance planMedical insurance plan (with the option to upgrade at your own cost)Bonus scheme (in relevant departments)Invitations to participate in various company functions, staff events, and department team‑building eventsOpportunities to learn, develop and grow with the organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
