We have a global network of 32 offices serving clients in more than 40 countries worldwide.Job SummaryThe Systems Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and improving enterprise IT systems that support end-user services and operational stability across the organization. The role focuses on the technical engineering and optimization of endpoint management, device provisioning, MDM platforms, systems integration, operational tooling, and workplace technology infrastructure, including support for collaboration and audiovisual (AV) environments.The Systems Engineer partners with the IT Support & Operations Manager and cross-functional technology teams to ensure systems are secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with operational and business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesSystems Engineering & Operational PlatformsDesign, implement, administer, and optimize enterprise systems that support IT operations and end-user services.Maintain stable, secure, and scalable configurations for workplace technology platforms.Support the technical architecture of endpoint management, operating system deployment, device standards, and support tooling.Lead or contribute to technical improvements that enhance service delivery, reliability, and operational efficiency.Endpoint EngineeringEngineer and maintain enterprise endpoint management solutions for desktops, laptops, and related user devices.Develop and improve endpoint policies, software deployment methods, patching strategies, and compliance controls.Standardize device configurations, automation processes, and lifecycle management practices.Ensure endpoint environments align with security, operational, and user experience requirements.Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Device Build EngineeringEngineer and maintain MDM solutions for device enrollment, configuration, compliance, and policy enforcement.Design and maintain standardized system images, device build processes, and deployment workflows.Optimize provisioning and deployment methods to improve speed, consistency, and security.Support testing, rollout, and continuous enhancement of endpoint and mobility management solutions.Infrastructure & Service Reliability SupportWork with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure reliable integration of operational systems.Troubleshoot and resolve higher-level technical issues affecting managed systems and user services.Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.Contribute to operational continuity and service resilience through proactive monitoring and system improvements.AV & Collaboration Technology EngineeringSupport the design, maintenance, and optimization of meeting room AV and collaboration technology environments.Assist in implementing standards and technical improvements for conference room reliability and user experience.Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve systemic AV platform issues and support upgrades where needed.Service Management & Continuous ImprovementEnsure engineered solutions support SLA achievement, operational efficiency, and supportability.Analyze incident trends and recurring support issues to identify opportunities for automation or system enhancement.Improve support processes through standardization, technical documentation, and knowledge transfer.Contribute to change planning, technical testing, and controlled deployment of system enhancements.Documentation & Technical StandardsCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation for system configurations, architectures, procedures, and support models.Develop standards for endpoint builds, administration processes, and operational support handover.Ensure knowledge is transferred effectively to service desk and operations teams.Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate with internal departments to understand technical requirements and operational pain points.Partner with IT support teams to ensure solutions are practical, supportable, and aligned to business needs.Coordinate with project teams and technology stakeholders during rollout of new systems or improvements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
