Configure, monitor, and maintain systems to ensure they remain secure, stable, and scalable.Own reliable connectivity. Use MDM to deploy software, enforce configurations, and keep devices compliant across global offices.Set people up for day one. Partner with hardware/software/SaaS vendors to find the best solution for each use case.Collaborate globally. Work with your team, other departments, and vendors to solve day‑to‑day technical issues across time zones.Who You AreExperience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network/internet issuesExperience with network appliances such as FortiGate firewalls, Aruba access points, and switches (or similar: Cisco, pfSense, etc.)Strong working knowledge of macOS or Linux and their security featuresAbility to build and maintain automation (scripts, workflows, or integrations) and comfort using AI tools to speed up operations and troubleshootingStrong written and spoken EnglishPleasant, resourceful personality with the ability to work across cultures and time zonesBonusCoding/automation experience — especially Python, Ansible, shell scripting (bash/zsh), or similar tools that help you turn "do it again" into "done forever".Tech and ToolsMDM for software deployment, configuration enforcement, and device complianceFortiGate firewalls, Aruba access points and switches (or similar: Cisco, pfSense, etc.)SaaS tools and hardware/software vendor platformsThe Honest RealityThis role sits at the intersection of IT and Security — which means the bar is high.
