IT Manager

Job Title: IT Manager OVERVIEW: The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration and performance of key business systems including POS CRM ERP and eCommerce platforms. Youll also play a crucial role in leading a team of IT professionals driving innovation improving processes and maintaining high standards of security and system reliability across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Lead and support team members and ensure clear communication and alignment on IT priorities and objectives. Set goals manage workload distribution and monitor progress to ensure the timely completion of IT tasks and projects. IT Systems & Infrastructure Management: Oversee the integration and optimization of systems like Shopify CRM ERP and POS to enhance operational efficiency. Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of POS systems across locations. Monitor network infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity and minimal downtime. Security & Data Management: Implement and manage IT security protocols including firewalls and data protection measures to safeguard businesscritical data. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards. Manage the integrity of digital assets and company data to minimize risks and protect sensitive information. Systems Support & Optimization: Support and troubleshoot key systems (POS CRM ERP) to ensure they function optimally and integrate seamlessly with each other. Lead the maintenance and improvement of internal communications platforms and collaboration tools to enhance team efficiency. Education / Qualification: Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field. 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role with at least 1 year of experience in leading a small team. Experience with POS systems CRM ERP eCommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify) and network management. Strong understanding of IT security protocols firewalls data compliance and network infrastructure. Familiarity with managing IT systems for multilocation organizations is a plus. Skills & Competencies: Proven leadership abilities with experience guiding and mentoring a small team. Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure security and system integration. Problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and resolving IT issues. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams. Highly organized with the ability to manage tasks and priorities effectively. Ability to think strategically while managing daytoday operations.
