Job TitleIT Manager / Head of ITDepartmentInformation TechnologyReports ToCEO / General ManagerLocationDammam - King Abdul Aziz Port (Bonded Zone)Job SummaryThe IT Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the company's overall IT strategy, infrastructure, systems, and technology operations. The role focuses on strategic IT planning, governance, ERP systems, infrastructure development, system integration, vendor management, and cost control to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT services aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic IT Planning & GovernanceDevelop and implement the company's IT strategy in alignment with business goals.Establish IT governance frameworks, policies, procedures, and standards.Advise top management on technology investments, risks, and opportunities.Infrastructure & Data Center ManagementOversee IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, security systems, and cloud/on-prem solutions.Manage data center operations, availability, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of all IT systems.ERP & System IntegrationLead ERP implementation, enhancement, planning, and optimization projects.Manage system integrations between ERP, finance, HR, operations, logistics, and third-party platforms.Ensure data integrity, system performance, and process automation.Project ManagementPlan, manage, and deliver IT projects within scope, budget, and timelines.Apply project management best practices and methodologies.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure successful execution.Process ImprovementAnalyze existing IT and business processes and identify improvement opportunities.Implement technology-driven solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and control.Support digital transformation initiatives across departments.Vendor ManagementSelect, manage, and evaluate IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.Negotiate contracts, SLAs, pricing, and service levels.Ensure vendors meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.Estimation & Cost ControlPrepare IT budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts.Monitor IT spending and control operational and project costs.Optimize IT resources to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.Team Leadership & SupportLead, mentor, and manage the IT team.Define roles, responsibilities, KPIs, and development plans.Ensure effective user support and service delivery across the organization.Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Professional CertificationsProfessional certifications (PMP, ITIL, COBIT, ERP certifications) are an advantage.ExperienceMinimum 10 years of progressive IT experience, including managerial or leadership roles.Proven Experience InStrategic IT planning and governanceInfrastructure and data center managementERP implementation and planningSystem integrationProject managementVendor managementCost estimation and budget controlSkills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and decision‑making skillsExcellent project and stakeholder management abilitiesStrong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skillsAbility to translate business needs into IT solutionsExcellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)Preferred Industry ExperienceLogistics, ports, bonded zones, warehousing, transportation, or large operational environments is highly preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
