If you are passionate about technology and are looking to make a significant impact in a forward-thinking organization, we encourage you to apply!ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department, ensuring the availability and reliability of IT services.Manage and mentor a team of IT staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the organization’s objectives.Ensure the security of the organization’s IT infrastructure, data, and systems.Plan and manage IT projects, from concept through to execution and implementation.Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance IT services and improve operational efficiency.Coordinate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.Manage vendor relationships and oversee the procurement of IT equipment and services.Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, and cybersecurity principles.Proven experience in project management and leading technology initiatives.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient with IT management software and tools.CERTIFICATIONS such as ITIL, PMP, or similar are a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
