IT Manager

The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology strategies, including hardware and software development. This role involves supervising various IT projects and ensuring the efficiency of technological systems and applications across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Participate in preparing plans related to information technology, hardware, and software development in alignment with company directives.Supervise the preparation of feasibility studies for systems development projects.Identify and act on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.Oversee daily operations of technology systems and ERP applications.Establish department standards for analyzing, designing, developing, and operating hardware, ensuring their execution.Conduct regular checks on network and data security.Supervise the creation of maintenance plans for utilized computers and automatic systems, ensuring deployment through internal maintenance.Prepare emergency plans to safeguard and recover information, including maintaining backup copies.Evaluate applications, software, automated systems, and computers; specify departmental requirements.Supervise the design and development of LAN and monitor usage related to network protocols, collaborating with concerned departments and system providers to enhance ERP systems.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.7-10 years of experience in IT management roles.Strong management and team leadership skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
