<div><h3>IT Infrastructure Engineer – Abu Dhabi</h3><p>We are seeking a hands‑on IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, support, and optimize our IT systems across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in virtualization, networking, and enterprise infrastructure operations.</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage and maintain VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter, VMware Cloud Foundation)</li><li>Install, configure, and support physical and virtual servers</li><li>Work with Hyper‑Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and private cloud environments</li><li>Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, VPNs, and wireless networks</li><li>Configure and manage FortiGate firewalls and network security systems</li><li>Perform system backups, audits, and disaster recovery testing</li><li>Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and performance optimization</li><li>Provide on‑site and remote IT support across branches when required</li><li>Maintain clear technical documentation and system records</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering</li><li>Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in IT infrastructure</li><li>Strong experience with VMware and Fortinet solutions (<b>MANDATORY</b>)</li><li>Solid knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, routing, switching)</li><li>Experience in enterprise or multi‑site environments</li><li>Familiarity with ITIL‑based support processes</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills</li><li>Willingness to travel and support after working hours when needed</li><li>UAE experience is preferred</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
