Job Description As an IT Helpdesk Executive (Store InCharge - Asset Management Focus) at JLL, you will play a crucial role in leading the comprehensive IT Asset Management operations and overseeing traditional store management functions. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities: **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for managing IT assets from procurement to disposal, ensuring optimal utilization, security, and compliance across all technology resources. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Asset Tracking & Inventory Management:** - Maintain real-time inventory of all IT assets using the ServiceNow platform - Conduct systematic audit procedures for inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance - Track asset location, status, ownership, and configuration changes - Develop standardized asset tagging and documentation protocols - Perform quarterly physical inventory reconciliation and discrepancy resolution - **Procurement & Deployment Operations:** - Coordinate end-to-end IT asset procurement processes - Manage warranty claims efficiently and oversee asset deployment - Facilitate Work-From-Home kit preparation and delivery - Execute annual maintenance contract reviews and maintain documentation - **Lifecycle Management:** - Manage IT asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal - Monitor and optimize IT asset costs and conduct floor audits - Coordinate smooth asset transitions and implement data sanitization protocols - Process lost/stolen incidents for portable assets and ensure secure disposal - **Reporting & Analysis:** - Generate monthly and quarterly reports on asset status and performance indicators - Develop predictive analytics for asset replacement planning - Create real-time monitoring dashboards for inventory levels - Analyze cost trends and optimize asset allocation - **Security & Risk Management:** - Implement robust physical and cybersecurity protocols for IT assets - Conduct risk assessments and develop asset protection contingency plans - Ensure compliance with security policies and train employees on best practices **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field - 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management or inventory control - Proficiency in ServiceNow or similar enterprise asset management platforms - Strong analytical skills and vendor management experience - Technical aptitude with understanding of IT infrastructure If this opportunity aligns with your career goals, we encourage you to apply, even if you do not meet all the requirements.
