ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing the SAP-S4 Hana system for the entire organization.Ensure smooth functioning of the ERP systems, business applications, and end-user support.Training and development of team members on the SAP.Oversee IT infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, cloud services) ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement of hardware/software.Establish and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and controls.Ensure compliance with data protection laws, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.Lead efforts in disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk management.Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.Define clear roles, responsibilities, and performance metrics for IT staff.Promote continuous learning and adoption of modern technologies.Lead IT projects, including ERP/CRM implementations, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.Collaborate with business units to digitize processes and improve efficiency.Drive innovation in areas such as data analytics, AI, and IoT (if relevant to industry).Handle the infrastructure related to SAP.Ensure compliance with IT-related legal, regulatory, and industry standards.Implement data protection and access control measures.Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team to deliver high performance.Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.Negotiate contracts and optimize IT procurement costs.Provide IT support to all business units for smooth day-to-day operations.Evaluate and implement emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and cloud solutions to enhance productivity.Drive digitalization and automation initiatives across all functions.All ad hoc tasks and projects designated by the department head.RequirementsKnowledge of SAP-S4 Hana implementation, entire modules like MM, FICO, SD, PM, HR and BI.10-12 years of work experience in core SAP implementation activities and providing post go live support and managing the SAP system after implementation.QUALIFICATIONBachelor’s degrees in IT or any other stream.SAP Certification will be added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
