Join to apply for the IT Governance Officer role at Compunet Connections.LocationRiyadh – OnsiteOther RequirementsImmediate Joiner, Preferably In KSAExperience5+ years in IT GovernanceJob DescriptionImplements and manages the day-to-day operations of IT governance processes.Prepares reports on IT governance performance and compliance for the IT Governance Head and other stakeholders.Support the development, implementation, and periodic review of IT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with SAMA IT Governance Framework (ITGF) and other related standards (COBIT, ITIL, ISO).Work with other Technology team to address internal and external audit observations and collect the required evidence.Monitoring and controlling the IT Service Management performance such as change management, release management, assets management…etc.Conducts detailed risk assessments and reporting.Collaborate with the IT technical team and the IT security team to regularly and on-demand identify vulnerabilities. Develop a remediation plan based on these assessments.Ensure all IT contracts are processed through procurement, signed, and properly maintained.Monitor IT performance metrics (KPIs/KRIs) and prepare dashboards/reports for IT Steering Committee (ITSC) and senior management.Conduct awareness and training sessions for IT staff on governance, compliance, and risk processes.Other Skills/QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.Professional certifications in governance, risk management, or compliance (e.g., COBIT, CGEIT, CISA, etc.) are preferred.Hands on experience in E-GRC tool is preferred.Good experience in SAMA ITGF, NCA, PCI-DSS regulations.Strong background in process improvement and policy development.Experienced in Identifying, assessing, and mitigating technology risks.Banking experience is advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work well in a teamwork environment.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.Seniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionInformation TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
