Job Title: IT Executive – Hardware, Software & Web DevelopmentLocation: Dubai, UAEJob OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive with hands‑on experience in hardware, software troubleshooting, web development and knowledge of Salesforce. The ideal candidate will manage the company’s IT infrastructure, provide technical support to staff, and assist in maintaining and developing the company’s website and digital systems.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and software.Provide day‑to‑day IT support to employees and resolve technical issues efficiently.Maintain office IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and networking devices.Monitor and manage system performance, backups, and data security.Assist with the development, updates, and maintenance of the company website.Ensure website functionality, security, and optimal performance.Manage domain hosting, email systems, and basic network administration (LAN/WiFi).Provide basic administration, user support, and troubleshooting for the company’s Salesforce system.Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.Maintain proper IT documentation, asset tracking, and system records.Support digital initiatives and technology improvements within the organisation.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in IT support or IT administration.Strong knowledge of computer hardware installation and troubleshooting.Experience with software installation, system maintenance, and user support.Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WiFi configuration).Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress is a plus.Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently.Preferred SkillsUnderstanding of cybersecurity best practices.Experience managing company websites and hosting platforms.#J-18808-Ljbffr
