This role is responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient IT systems that empower our team to do their best work.You will manage end-user support, SaaS systems, device lifecycle management, identity and access management (IAM), and security best practices across the organization. This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and enjoys building scalable IT foundations from the ground up.Responsibilities:IT Operations & End-User SupportProvide support for hardware, software, and network issuesManage onboarding and offboarding processes (device provisioning, access control, account setup)Own device lifecycle management (MDM, procurement, configuration, asset tracking)Maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and policiesIdentity & Access ManagementAdminister SSO, MFA, and role‑based access controlsManage provisioning/deprovisioning workflows across SaaS toolsConduct periodic access reviews and ensure least‑privilege principlesSystems & InfrastructureManage and optimize core SaaS stack (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Slack, Notion, Jira, etc.)Monitor system performance and uptimeSupport networking infrastructure (VPN, Wi‑Fi, firewall configurations where applicable)Partner with Security on endpoint protection, patching, and compliance controlsSecurity & ComplianceImplement and maintain endpoint security tools (EDR, MDM, disk encryption)Support audit readiness (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)Enforce IT policies and best practicesAssist in incident response and root cause analysisProcurement & Vendor ManagementOwn IT procurement processes for hardware, software, and SaaS toolsManage vendor relationships, renewals, and licensing agreementsTrack IT budget related to hardware, software subscriptions, and toolingOptimize license utilization and SaaS spendPartner with Finance and Security on vendor reviews and due diligenceMaintain accurate asset inventory and cost trackingAutomation & Continuous ImprovementIdentify and implement automation opportunities (e.g., onboarding workflows, device configuration)Improve IT processes for scalability and efficiencyEvaluate and recommend new tools and technologiesQualifications:6+ years of experience in IT Operations, IT Support, or Systems AdministrationExperience managing SaaS environments and SSO platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD)Experience managing IT procurement, vendor relationships, and SaaS licensingHands‑on experience with MDM tools (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Intune)Strong understanding of endpoint security best practicesExperience with Mac and Windows environmentsFamiliarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls)Experience supporting compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO, etc.) is a plusStrong documentation and communication skillsNice to Have:Experience in a high‑growth startupScripting or automation experience (Bash, Python, PowerShell)Familiarity with zero‑trust security modelsExperience with cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)Experience building procurement or asset management processes from scratchWhat Working At Analog OffersCulture: A collaborative, globally minded team building the future of physical intelligence.
