Develop and execute the IT strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.Oversee the development, deployment, and maintenance of Fintech applications and platforms.Ensure robust cybersecurity measures and compliance with UAE financial regulations.Lead cloud infrastructure management, ensuring high availability and scalability.Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments.Drive digital transformation initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with PCI DSS, GDPR, and UAE financial laws.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and compliance, to support business growth.Implement best practices in DevOps, AI, blockchain, and emerging Fintech technologies.Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in IT leadership within a Fintech company in the UAE.Strong knowledge of banking APIs, payment gateways, blockchain, and digital wallets.Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and microservices architecture.Experience with cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.Proven ability to lead IT strategy, budgeting, and large-scale technology projects.Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and automation in financial services is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
