About the job IT ASSOCIATE As an IT Consultant - Digital Transformation, you will support the delivery of high-impact digital transformation initiatives for globally leading organizations. Working closely with senior consultants and client stakeholders, you will help design modern IT architectures, enable agile delivery, and contribute to future-oriented digital solutions aligned with business strategy and market trends. Key Responsibilities Support the digital transformation of global organizations by balancing enterprise-level technical solutions with individual client requirements. Contribute to groundbreaking digital and IT initiatives by enabling the use of agile methods and modern delivery approaches. Assist in shaping future-ready customer journeys through detailed analysis of client environments, business needs, and market trends such as machine learning and AI. Design, evaluate, and optimize modern IT architectures, including enterprise solutions, custom software development, and sustainable digital platforms. Support initiatives focused on cyber resilience, reliability, and secure-by-design digital solutions. Collaborate effectively within cross-functional and international teams to deliver consulting outcomes. Communicate technical and non-technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders. Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a related discipline. 1-3 years of full-time experience in IT Consulting. Solid understanding of modern technology concepts including Agile, DevOps, AI, Machine Learning, Cyber Resilience, and Robotics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure and solve complex digital challenges. High motivation to learn, innovate, and contribute to knowledge sharing within teams. Skills & Competencies Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken). Ability to explain complex technical topics in a clear and structured manner. Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and global environments. Consulting mindset with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.
