Job Description
Serve as a primary point of contact for enterprise applications support and administration.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of business-critical applications, including configuration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.Administer and support platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Kissflow, HS Operations Portal, Tableau, Looker Cloud, and other business systems.Design and implement workflows based on business requirements.Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related incidents within defined SLAs.Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors for advanced issue resolution.Ensure applications are secure, optimized, and operating efficiently.Perform system health checks, patch updates, and monitor for potential security vulnerabilities.Identity & Access ManagementAdminister access management through Active Directory, Google Workspace, Okta, and SailPoint IIQ.Ensure access rights comply with least privilege and security policies.Maintain audit-ready documentation for access and privilege management.Service Desk & Incident ManagementHandle incoming tickets via calls, email, chat, and ticketing systems in accordance with SLAs.Resolve incidents at First Point of Contact (FPOC) where possible.Escalate unresolved issues appropriately following escalation procedures.Track, monitor, and update tickets to ensure transparency and timely closure.Maintain consistent and professional communication with users and stakeholders.Support rollout of new systems and internal applications.Automation & Technical EnablementContribute to process improvements through automation initiatives.Collaborate with Automation Engineering where required for advanced implementations.Security & CompliancePerform regular security monitoring and ensure endpoint/application compliance.Ensure antivirus (SentinelOne) implementation, configuration, and management.Maintain system security standards and review access controls regularly.Support audits and compliance documentation requirements.Documentation & Process GovernanceDevelop and maintain technical documentation, workflows, manuals, and SOPs.Update documentation when system changes occur.Contribute to internal IT policies and operational standards.Prepare accurate operational reports when required.Qualifications4–5+ years of experience in IT Applications / Systems Administration / Support.Hands-on experience managing enterprise applications in a multi-site environment.Experience working in SLA-driven IT service environments.EducationBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.Certifications (Preferred)Okta / SailPoint knowledge (advantage)#J-18808-Ljbffr
