IT Application Engineer

<div><h3>General Description of Role and Responsibilities</h3><p>The IT Application Engineer will support ERP and business application implementations, focusing on SAP and integrated enterprise systems. This role involves working with stakeholders, assisting in large-scale or multi-site projects, and ensuring successful adoption and optimization of ERP solutions.</p><ul><li>Support SAP and ERP system implementation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.</li><li>Gather and analyze business and technical requirements in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.</li><li>Assist in business process optimization, documentation, and end-user training to ensure successful system adoption.</li><li>Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide post-go-live support for ERP applications.</li><li>Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and consultants to manage project deliverables and timelines.</li><li>Support integration between ERP, CRM, finance, and other enterprise systems.</li><li>Assist in project management activities including planning, scheduling, and tracking progress for ERP initiatives.</li><li>Provide knowledge transfer to junior IT/ERP engineers.</li><li>Ensure compliance with quality, security, and operational standards.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills</h3><ul><li>Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant ERP/SAP certifications are a plus.</li><li>7 years of experience in ERP/SAP system implementation, configuration, and lifecycle management.</li><li>Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in large-scale, multi-site, or global projects.</li><li>Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, requirements gathering, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems and ERP integration.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently in a dynamic environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
