Job Description

Business Acumen: Understand NAPCO's business environment and objectives, and apply internal policies and procedures effectively.Communication: Convey information clearly and concisely in both verbal and written forms within a business context.Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, interpret, and analyze raw data from various sources to create reports that support decision-making processes.Language Proficiency: Possess knowledge of, and the ability to use, both national and foreign languages in spoken and written forms.Planning & Organizing: Efficiently plan and organize work or project activities to meet short- and long-term objectives.Technological Ability: Effectively utilize standard equipment and office automation systems and software.Maintenance Software: Operate NAPCO's Computerized Maintenance Management Software package and, if applicable, other enterprise software systems it interfaces with.Occupational Health and Safety: Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.Planned/Scheduled Maintenance: Schedule maintenance interventions to NAPCO's assets, based on running hours or relevant date, in order to ensure their healthy operation and avoid unscheduled breakdown and downtime.Predictive Maintenance: Use Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed and consequently schedule corrective maintenance.Quality Assurance: Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements.Quality Control: Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
